The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the member's name. Rush333 does not accept deposits from third parties, joint accounts not held in the member's name, or any payment method not listed above. Any deposit received from an unapproved source may be returned.
Rush333 does not charge any fees or processing charges for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges in accordance with their service terms.
Rush333 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and efficiently. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes for regular members, and within 1 minute for VIP members – among the fastest processing times in the Malaysian industry.
Funds derived from bonuses may only be withdrawn once the rollover requirements have been fully met. The specific rollover conditions for each bonus are stated in their respective bonus terms. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before the rollover requirements are met will result in the bonus amount and associated winnings being deducted from the account balance.
Withdrawal Time: The 5-minute timeframe is an estimate for normal conditions. In exceptional circumstances or when additional verification is required, processing may take longer. Rush333 will notify you if there is any delay.
Rush333 reserves the right to decline or suspend a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: identity verification has not been completed, fraudulent activity is suspected, bonus rollover requirements have not been met, or there is an active dispute relating to the account in question.

Consequences of Violation: Any breach under this section may result in immediate account freezing and closure, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and potential legal action where applicable. Rush333 reserves the right to share information with the relevant authorities.
Both members and Rush333 have the right to close an account under certain circumstances. The procedure differs depending on who initiates the closure and the reason for it.
You may request closure of your Rush333 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure all bonus rollover requirements have been met and there are no pending withdrawals. Any eligible account balance will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Rush333 reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances: serious breach of terms, failed identity verification, confirmed fraudulent activity, or legal and regulatory requirements.
